Board Meeting. The LRA Board of Directors will hold their monthly meeting this Saturday at South of the Border Restaurant starting at 10 am. The first half hour is reserved for members like you to air any issues or concerns that you may have.
Update - Siltation Abatement Task Force. SATF President Ken Perret provided the following announcement: We will not have a Task Force meeting this month. Our consultant has submitted the first draft of the Best Management Practices, and Pete Kennedy and I are reviewing it. I will be meeting with the consultant next week to discuss our findings and to hopefully advance a final product. The consultant has also done the field work for the lake mapping study, and the maps are being prepared. I therefore think the most appropriate and useful time for an SATF meeting would be sometime after the April LRA Board meeting.

1 - ANNUAL DUES - DUE FEBRUARY 1, 2012, CONSIDERED LATE POSTMARKED AFTER MARCH 3, 2012. The dues are $500 and the late fee is $100. To pay by credit card email a request to webmaster@lakerosemound.org. Annual Dues Invoice Form.
2 - BOAT REGISTRATION DUE MARCH 2012 - Late fees will apply after March 31. LRA Boat Registration Form 2012-2013. Lake Rules, particularly Section 4 "Boating Rules" and Section 5 "Skiing and Tubing." were revised last year so be sure to review them in conjunction with boat registration. Also note: Your dues payment for 2012 must be received before we will process any boat registrations.
3 - Siltation Abatement Task Force Summary Jan 21. Thank you Glen Phillips for developing this recap. The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for March 17. See the Siltation Abatement section of the website for historical information.
